We possess more than 10 fully-automatic production lines of sealing tape, which is at the world advanced level. The sealing tape auxiliaries recovery and recycle technology and device (with the patent of invention) invented by us are also original creation in China.
Our PTFE calendaring film of ultra width and high precision has been widely applied to not only the sealing but also the insulation of cable winding.
The strength and cryogenic performance and other main technical indices of the newly developed aviation sealing materials have passed the tests by Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, which have drawn the attention of AVIC the First Aircraft Institute.
Our new PTFE sealing tapes filled with various metal materials (e.g. graphite, copper and nickel) possess the special performance and purposes.
Our PTFE multi-layer elastic plate has been put into production, and has obtained the certificate of national key new products issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Commerce, PRC.
Our PTFE two-way tensile millipore filtering film has been put into the industrialized production, and is a project of “No. 863 Program” (Ministry of Science and Technology, PRC). Moreover, with the newly-developed modification technology, this filtering film is transformed from hydrophobic to hydrophilic, and has been widely applied to environmental protection and new energy fields.
